How Important is 10-12 Minutes to You?

Make 2018 YOUR Year to be Trained

When you think of first aid, what comes to mind?  I’m guessing it can be anything from cleaning up a child’s scraped knee to life-saving measures like CPR.  Any answer you give is most likely correct.

The definition of first aid from Merriam Webster is: emergency care or treatment given to an ill or injured person before regular medical aid can be obtained.

We are extremely fortunate to live in communities where a call to 911 in the city can have a paramedic at our door within 10-12 minutes; however, what can YOU do in those 10-12 minutes to help save a life?  What can you do if it’s more than a scraped knee? What can you do if you live in a more rural area and it takes longer?

Make 2018 your year to become trained!  Sign up now for the Emergency First Aid & CPR training being held Feb 5-6, 2018 at Life’s Emergency Training facility.
