In February, I posted an article about the benefits of being a certified L.E.T. First Aid instructor (read the blog). It provides the control for income stream and time commitment. For those interested in enhancing their skills, first aid and CPR training can be an invaluable asset. These are important for personal and professional development. I’d like to introduce one of our Licensed Authorized Providers: Kore Training
The Decision
Trained as a paramedic, Kayla knew upon leaving the industry she needed to pursue her passion for training. First Aid training was the means to do this, and her company was formed in 2014. Kayla joined the Life’s Emergency Training group in 2017. Before joining, she worked with other WSIB-approved providers for 3 years. The draw? Training quality and content, lower overheads and total control over her own business.
Over ten years in operation, Kayla now has employees, and her own team of authorized trainers. To support the team adequately, first aid and CPR courses are essential. The original marketing focus was on construction. However, Kore’s Training niche is now grocery stores (major chains and independents), senior care facilities, and childcare.

Curriculum
Kayla Wright is registered with the Board of Canadian Safety Professionals. She offers services beyond LET’s extensive array of courses. These include Manager Training for Safety and/or Rescue Planning; Working at Heights; Business Health and Safety; Conflict Resolution for Managers. Kore Training is located in Cambridge, but the team can service most of Ontario. First aid and CPR training ensures they meet all your safety training needs. Please reach out to Kayla if you are looking for quotes that meet all of your safety training requirements.
Do you want to learn more about becoming a Licensed Authorized Provider? Is it time for you to enjoy work and lifestyle balance? Out next Instructor Training Course is set for February 2025. Let’s have that conversation.
